All inclusive Motor bike tour Africa Wildlife & Waterfalls Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe Cuisine

breakfast

Each day starts with a generous continental-style breakfast to fuel you for the ride ahead. Expect fresh breads or rolls, spreads, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, tea and coffee alongside hot options such as eggs cooked to order, sausages, and occasionally bacon or other warm accompaniments. It’s a proper, energy-packed start designed to keep you going through the morning stages.

LUNCH

Lunch is typically lighter and practical, suited to a riding day in remote areas. We prepare portable snacks and easy-to-eat items that can be enjoyed “on the hoof” during scenic stops — think sandwiches, wraps, fruit, snack bars, and other trail-friendly options. It keeps things flexible and maximises riding time while still keeping everyone well fuelled.

EVENING MEAL

Evenings are when we really settle in. Dinner is usually a hearty meat-based meal with vegetables and traditional sides, often prepared over open coals or a grill. Think generous cuts of beef, lamb, or chicken cooked barbecue-style — reminiscent of a Germanic-style grill evening — accompanied by salads, potatoes, breads, and seasonal vegetables. It’s relaxed, sociable dining that reflects the outdoor spirit of the Kalahari.

Special dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice — please let us know when booking.
